We all breathe, but did you know that there is a way to breathe in a way that you can start to heal your emotions? Breathwork is a technique that draws on the breath to facilitate emotional release.

Today, Maria, and Tara speak with Trish Brewer,  a trauma informed breathwork coach, reiki master teacher, and intuitive guide. Trish has earned her Breath Coach Certification from Yoga Teachers College, studied under David Elliot, a Breathwork pioneer, and completed her trauma training with the NARM Training Institute (NeuroAffective Relational Model). She sees herself as a life-long student deepening her practice through on-going education and exploration.
