CropSwap is our program name for different types of backyard and small farm harvesting. With 75% of our bounty rescued through CropSwap activities, we have many different ways to get involved.
Market Share is our Farmers Market food recovery program, with operations at three Sunday Farmers Markets, each week. Market Share is an incredible community platform to see food-rescue in action at Hillcrest, Solana Beach and Leucadia markets. There are many ways to get involved.
Community Orchard is the engine that drives all we do to ProduceGood. It takes a lot to keep this engine growing and strong. Our ability to rescue food each week and to maintain our fresh-only food supply network is directly attributable to the 900+ individuals throughout the county who volunteer to rescue excess produce, from field or market to feeding agencies, and who inform and educate others about the necessity of this process. ProduceGood brings the community together to address the community related challenges of waste and hunger in one sweet step. Our volunteer service engine is at the heart of our practice. Come and join us!
