Returning to your Bench of Dreams on this autumn day, with the sun shining and birds singing, your feet having crunched on the crisp coloured leaves, you await the arrival of today's special guest . . . your 20-year-older future self.

On this perfect summer's day you have returned tto your favourite Bench of Dreams. Smiling, you stand to welcome the young person walking towards you . . . your younger self.

You have a relaxing favourite seat in Nature that is your Bench of Dreams. Today you are meeting for the first time someone who has been your inspiration. It is a warm spring day with the sun shining through the gentle breeze of the trees as you anticipate the arrival of this special person.

I learned that a bedraggled three-legged calico cat had recently arrived at the SPCA, about to have kittens, and been placed with a caring foster volunteer.
