Spiritual Awakening: a guide

i have been meaning to do these for 3years and i am realising i can do it when its perfect so heres the most imperfect versions available to my existence... i will do them as thoughts come to mind...

This is my first, very unplanned episode... so bare with me here while I figure out what future episodes will be like.
mainly it's talking about what it means to have an inner monster, an inner rage or aspect of yourself that is socially unacceptable and simply unwelcomed in any way in this world...
I ended with a body scan and meditation that's non religious and not using therapeutic jargon so it's very easy to follow and understand.
