Morgan Mentzer is executive director of Reckoning Trade Project (RTP). RTP works toward creating safer and more equitable workplaces and increasing job retention in the trades by building support systems, hosting educational forums, and organizing social events with a focus on LGBTQ+,BIPOC (black, indigenous, and people of color) and other non-traditional tradesworkers.

Dr. Rita Cameron-Wedding is at the forefront of our in-person training and webinars for the Implicit Bias Institute in Workforce Education. Dr. Rita Cameron Wedding was the Women’s Studies Department Chair at Sacramento State University for 23 years and is currently a professor in the departments of Women’s Studies and Ethnic Studies. 

Zenovia Harris is an accomplished author, fierce and innovative leader and a powerhouse speaker with a heart for youth! Zenovia is the Chief Executive Officer for the Kent Chamber of Commerce, becoming the first African American CEO to lead the chamber in its 70+years. Zenovia is a certified diversity professional and serves on the Washington Diversity Council Advisory Board.
