In this week's Snack History we talk about the ultimate old lady food: Oatmeal cookies! This goes perfectly with our actual topic where we talk about the ultimate old lady: Mary Moody Emerson! According to her nephew Ralph Waldo Emerson (ever heard of him?) she "wore out a great many death shrouds", and I for one have a new role model. I'm gonna apologize right now about the audio quality, as this was before we realized recording in a living room is an awful idea.
