In today's episode, Dr. Ayers covers the NIOSH recommended exposure limits.  The NIOSH RELs are based on a 10-hour workday as opposed to the OSHA PELs which are based on a 8-hour workday.  NIOSH REL's do not carry the force of law, just recommended exposure limits.
